ALOHAS is seeking its first full-time CTO to own technology end to end. You will drive vision, architecture, and platforms spanning Shopify, Odoo, data, and AI agents. A hands-on leader, you’ll split time writing code and shaping the team and product direction, in a Barcelona-based hybrid environment.

You will work closely with the CEO/COO to keep ALOHAS at the frontier of an AI-native, data-driven operation, balancing speed with scalable, well-governed engineering practice.

Formación

• Led engineering at high-growth product companies and owned technology end-to-end.
• Hands-on and modern: cloud-native, API-first, event-driven systems, capable of getting into the details.
• Recent AI/LLM experience—agents, RAG, production deployments.

Responsabilidades

• Set the technical vision and architecture for a multi-entity EU/UK/US business.
• Own AI-native strategy and orchestration across platforms and teams.
• Oversee Shopify, ERP (Odoo), data, and logistics integration in an omnichannel system.
• Build and lead a small, high-leverage engineering team with governance and testing.
