MANE is seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to lead end-to-end AI initiatives in fragrance, flavor and ingredient tech. You will design, develop and deploy scalable AI solutions, integrating them into robust software architectures with strong MLOps, CI/CD and observability.

The role demands 5+ years in IT or engineering with hands-on AI/ML leadership. The candidate should hold a Master’s degree in CS/AI/Data Science, have strong Python expertise, and experience with Azure ML or Databricks, Docker,

• 5+ years of IT or engineering experience with hands-on AI/ML
• Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, AI, Data Science or a related field
• Strong Python skills and knowledge of ML algorithms and data engineering best practices
• Experience with MLOps and cloud platforms (Azure ML or Databricks)
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, and production AI system monitoring

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop scalable, maintainable AI solutions aligned with modern best practices
• Hands-on development of data, model and deployment pipelines
• Implement and maintain robust MLOps workflows with CI/CD, containerization and observability
• Work within an Agile framework to translate research into production value
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to translate requirements and ensure compliance with data privacy and ethical AI guidelines
