MANE seeks an AI Project & Product Manager to bridge a fast-moving engineering team with business stakeholders. You will report to the Head of Digital Transformation and help integrate AI initiatives into the company’s strategic roadmap.

You will orchestrate delivery, align stakeholders, and maintain a strong project cadence, engaging in technical discussions with IT, Architecture, and Security teams to ground AI decisions in business needs.

Formación

• Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
• 3–4 years in project management and 3–4 years in AI.
• Proven cross-functional stakeholder collaboration and influence.
• Experience delivering AI or data-driven products from prototype to production.
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience and delivery discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary interface between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals, scope, and priorities.
• Translate business needs into structured product and project requirements.
• Challenge and validate technical decisions for feasibility, scalability and impact.
• Protect engineering teams from ad‑hoc requests and scope creep, ensuring focus and velocity.
• Own and manage the project heartbeat: planning, prioritization, resource management, progress tracking, and reporting.
• Drive AI product lifecycle delivery (PoC, MVP, Production) with robust, scalable solutions.
• Facilitate cross‑functional communication across IT, Business, and external stakeholders.
• Identify risks early and proactively manage dependencies and trade-offs.
• Ensure continuous alignment between product vision and execution.

Role Mission

As an AI Project & Product Manager, you are the connective tissue between a high‑velocity engineering team and key business stakeholders. Operating at the intersection of technology and business, you ensure that AI solutions are technically sound, business relevant, and operationally viable. You will report directly to the Head of Digital Transformation, working closely to integrate all AI initiatives into the organization’s broader strategic roadmap.

Your focus will be on orchestrating delivery, aligning stakeholders, and maintaining a strong project cadence. While you won’t write code, you will actively engage in technical discussions with Infrastructure, Architecture, and Security teams, challenge assumptions, and ensure that AI & Data engineering decisions are grounded in real‑world business needs.

Key Responsabilities

• Act as the primary interface between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear alignment on goals, scope, and priorities.
• Translate business needs into structured product and project requirements.
• Challenge and validate technical decisions to ensure feasibility, scalability, and business impact.
• Protect engineering teams from ad‑hoc requests and scope creep, maintaining focus and delivery velocity.
• Own and manage the project “heartbeat” (planning, prioritization, resource management, progress tracking, and reporting).
• Drive delivery for the entire AI product lifecycle (PoC, MVP, Production), ensuring robustness and scalability of AI solutions.
• Facilitate communication across cross‑functional teams, including IT, Business, and external stakeholders.
• Identify risks early and proactively manage dependencies and trade‑offs.
• Ensure continuous alignment between product vision and execution.

Profile Required

• Experience: Minimum 3‑4 years in project management and 3‑4 years in AI, ideally in fast-paced, cross‑functional environments.
• Education: Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
• Stakeholder Management: Proven experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams and managing senior stakeholders.
• Technical Fluency: Solid foundation in AI/ML and ability to challenge engineering decisions constructively.
• Product & Delivery: Track record of delivering AI or data‑driven products from prototype to production, with strong Agile/Scrum experience.
• Organizational Skills: Highly organized, able to create structure in ambiguity and manage timelines, dependencies, and risks.
• Languages: Full professional proficiency in English; French is strongly preferred.
• Industry Experience (Preferred): Exposure to formulation, chemistry, or the fragrance & flavor industry.
