isolutions AG seeks an hands-on AI Platform Owner to drive adoption of AI across our applications and value streams. You will identify AI use cases, validate ideas, and own end-to-end delivery from prototype to productive adoption.

You will build prototypes using low-code/no-code and collaborate with developers, platform owners, product owners, and data engineers to implement complex AI solutions, ensuring governance and responsible AI practices.

Are you a hands‑on AI enthusiast who enjoys turning ideas into working prototypes and driving the adoption of AI solutions that create measurable business value?

The Internal IT team is responsible for all IT‑related matters of our employees, from workplace devices to the company‑wide application landscape. We rely on modern cloud technologies and powerful platforms to optimally support our employees and create sustainable business value.

As AI Platform Owner, you drive the adoption of Artificial Intelligence across our applications, business processes and value streams. You proactively identify AI use cases, turn ideas into concrete solutions and take end‑to‑end ownership from initial validation to productive adoption. You don’t just define concepts and strategies. You experiment, build prototypes, configure solutions and work closely with our development teams where custom implementation is required. This role is aimed at a hands‑on personality who is curious about emerging technologies, moves quickly from idea to validation and is passionate about creating measurable business value with AI.

• Proactively identify and evaluate AI use cases across applications, business processes and value streams.
• Translate business challenges and ideas into concrete, prioritised and implementable AI use cases.
• Take end‑to‑end ownership of AI initiatives, from initial idea and rapid validation through implementation, go‑live and adoption.
• Build prototypes and implement AI solutions independently using low‑code, no‑code and AI platforms.
• Collaborate closely with developers, platform owner, product owner and data engineers to implement complex AI solutions.
• Drive the adoption and effective use of AI solutions through communication, enablement, workshops and training.
• Establish and continuously evolve AI governance, including security, data protection, responsible AI and lifecycle management.
• Continuously explore emerging AI technologies and rapidly test their potential for isolutions.
• Evaluate and introduce technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, Cowork, AI agents and MCP‑based integrations.
• Define success criteria and measure the business value and adoption of implemented AI solutions.
• Act as a central sparring partner for internal AI topics across the organization.

We would like you to bring

• Several years of experience in AI, digital transformation, business applications, product ownership or a comparable role.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, AI agents and modern AI‑enabled business processes.
• Hands‑on experience with technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Cowork, AI agents or Model Context Protocol (MCP) is a strong advantage.
• Strong hands‑on mentality and willingness to independently prototype, configure and implement solutions.
• Ability to quickly understand business processes and identify meaningful AI opportunities.
• Experience translating business requirements into concrete technical solutions and implementation concepts.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to independently drive initiatives across teams and value streams.
• Curiosity and courage to rapidly experiment with new technologies, validate ideas and learn from results.
• Good understanding of AI governance, security, data protection and responsible AI principles.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive user adoption.
• Very good English skills; German is considered an advantage.
