Job summary

Visium SA is seeking an AI Strategy Manager to work directly with clients, owning one-to-many collaborations to create significant value. You will lead AI strategy engagements end-to-end and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver executive-ready transformation programs that realize measurable ROI.

You will build trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders, drive account growth, and contribute to practice development.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in AI, Data, Digital Strategy, Management Consulting, or a related field.
• Proven track record developing and executing AI & Data strategies from vision to value realization.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML, GenAI, data platforms and emerging AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI strategy engagements end-to-end, translating strategic vision into actionable transformation programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams to ensure high-quality executive outcomes and measurable business impact (ROI).
• Build trusted-advisor relationships with key client stakeholders to facilitate executive decision-making.
• Own commercial performance within engagements, contributing to account growth, scoping, and pre-sales activities.
• Manage and develop consulting team members with coaching and feedback.
• Contribute to practice growth, thought leadership, and internal methodology.
