Guess Europe Sagl is seeking a Retail Business Analyst in Spain to support stakeholders and optimize the Retail Planning & Allocation function with data-driven insights. You will analyze sales trends, identify underperforming items, and propose actions for markdown strategies to improve sell-through and margin.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the Marketing and Technologies teams, automation, and leveraging AI insights to forecast pricing scenarios and inventory productivity.

Formación

• 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI) and analytics.
• Advanced Excel and VBA skills.
• Ability to mine data, create ad hoc reporting, automations and AI-enabled solutions.
• Strong analytical mindset for data-driven decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with the Retail Business Analyst team to identify information gaps and opportunities.
• Support management and Retail Planning & Allocation with data-driven insights.
• Provide KPIs, analyses, and insights for quick responses to market changes.
• Review and optimize reports to fit evolving business needs.
• Promote efficiency through automation in processes and analysis.
• Collaborate with Technologies teams to ensure data quality and suitable solutions.
• Participate in markdown decision support including pricing impact simulations.
• Develop markdown strategies based on sales, margin, and inventory objectives.
• Drive use of AI-powered Markdown Optimization Tool for pricing decisions.
