Guess Europe Sagl is seeking a Retail Business Analyst to support key stakeholders in the Retail Planning & Allocation function. You will provide meaningful analyses, actionable insights, and clear recommendations to promote a data-driven approach for business decisions.

The role involves maximizing sell-through, supporting margin improvement and enhancing overall retail performance by analysing sales trends, identifying underperforming items, and recommending data-driven actions for markdown

Formación

• 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (Business/Economics/Data Analytics/Retail).
• Experience with BI/reporting tools such as PowerBI.
• Advanced Excel and VBA skills for data analysis.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of retail KPIs is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Retail Business Analyst team to identify information gaps.
• Support Retail Planning & Allocation with data-driven insights and trends.
• Provide KPIs, analysis and actionable business insights.
• Review and optimize reports to fit dynamic market needs.
• Promote efficiency through automation in processes and analysis.
• Work with Technologies teams to ensure data quality and suitable tech solutions.
• Assist markdown decisions by analyzing country/product performance and simulations.
• Develop markdown strategies based on sales, margins and inventory objectives.
• Support AI-powered Markdown Optimization Tool for pricing decisions.
• Use predictive analytics to forecast sell-through and optimize discount timing.
