Amazon is offering a Process Improvement Specialist Intern role in Madrid, focused on boosting safety, productivity, and quality in operations. You will plan improvements, use AI to analyze data, and prototype solutions under the guidance of experienced teams.

You will work on site at one of our Madrid locations, collaborating with cross-functional partners across the EU network to share best practices and drive tangible impact in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Fluent in English (C1 or higher).
• Penultimate or final year student pursuing a relevant degree.
• Analytical skills with Excel expertise.
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Eligible for a full-time internship lasting 3–6 months.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and implement continuous improvement initiatives to innovate driver experience and efficiency.
• Use AI tools and data analytics to identify process inefficiencies and prototype solutions.
• Analyze feedback and own improvements with data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with station management and stakeholders to solve process issues.
• Audit processes for compliance and close gaps with analytics.
