Amazon is offering a Process Improvement Specialist Intern position for 3–6 months in Spain. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives, apply AI tools and data analytics to identify inefficiencies, and work with site leadership to implement data-driven process changes.

You’ll analyze feedback and ensure compliance while contributing to Amazon’s shipping and operations enhancements. The role requires strong Excel skills, English fluency at C1, and enrollment in a relevant degree program.

Formación

• Fluent English (C1+) required.
• Penultimate or final year student pursuing a relevant degree.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros).
• Experience communicating with stakeholders across levels is valued.
• Eligible for a full-time internship lasting 3–6 months.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Use AI and data analytics to identify process inefficiencies and automate tasks.
• Analyze feedback and drive site-level process improvements with data insights.
• Collaborate with station management to identify and solve process issues.
• Audit processes for compliance and support data-driven decisions.
