Applicants must be in penultimate/final year of a relevant degree and fluent in English (C1+). The role involves hands-on analysis, continuous improvement, and audits to ensure compliance, with an internship duration of 3–6 months.

Formación

• Fluent in English (C1+), capable of clear communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Pursuing a university degree in business, supply chain, economics or similar, in penultimate or final year.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros).
• Eligible for a full-time internship lasting 3 to 6 months.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and implement continuous improvement initiatives to innovate the driver experience and make processes more efficient.
• Use AI tools and data analytics to identify process inefficiencies, automate repetitive tasks, and prototype solutions.
• Analyse feedback and use data to own and implement process improvements at the site.
• Work with station management and other stakeholders to identify and solve process-related issues.
• Audit processes for compliance and support business decisions with analytics.
