Amazon in Madrid invites you to join a full-time internship focused on process improvement across warehousing operations. You will plan and implement improvements, use AI tools and data analytics, and work with site leadership to boost safety, productivity and quality.

You'll be based at a location in Madrid, spend 3-6 months on the program, and gain hands-on experience with real projects, dashboards, and cross-functional collaboration with EU teams.

Formación

• Penultimate or final year student pursuing a relevant degree.
• Fluent English (C1+) required.
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot, macros).
• Strong stakeholder communication ability.
• Eligible for a 3-6 month full-time internship.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and implement continuous improvement initiatives for driver experience.
• Use AI tools and data analytics to identify inefficiencies, automate tasks and prototype solutions.
• Analyse feedback and own process improvements at the site.
• Work with station management to identify and solve process-related issues.
• Audit processes for compliance with analytics support.
