You will ensure priorities are visible, decisions are timely, and commitments are delivered without friction, coordinating across partners, senior lawyers, and business services.

• Experience in business operations, chief of staff, strategy or operations roles directly to a senior leader.
• Ability to create a new way of working inside someone else's framework.
• Sound judgment: a method for deciding on behalf of others while preserving relationships.
• Professional services, law firm or equivalent complex stakeholder environment is a strong plus.
• Native or fluent professional English.
• Structured, systems-oriented mindset: clarity without over-engineering.
• Discretion and ability to handle sensitive information.

• Decision Support: Prepare concise, decision-ready briefings and status summaries for quick action.
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with partners, senior lawyers, and business services; escalate when needed.
• Execution Ownership: Take initiatives end-to-end and report outcomes.
