Carwow is seeking a data-driven Marketplace & Operations professional in Spain to turn data into decisions that move the needle for the commercial team. You will analyse performance, design strategy logic, and build tools to accelerate efficiency across departments.

You will own BI processes, contribute to AI-driven improvements, and partner with leadership to translate insights into practical actions. Hybrid work options and a competitive compensation package are offered.

Formación

• Degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 1–2 years of professional experience in commercial operations or data roles.
• Proven experience in data analysis.
• Experience solving problems through data visualization for clients or teams.
• Experience with SQL and database management.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and creating presentations.
• Excellent communication across departments.

Responsabilidades

• Design the strategic logic behind the commercial department to meet annual growth targets.
• Analyse key data and KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Build and maintain databases, dashboards, and reports for visibility to teams and leadership.
• Support other departments with data solutions and tools to boost productivity.
• Own day-to-day BAU processes of the commercial department (invoicing, recurring tasks).
• Drive adoption of AI within the Operations team and deliver concrete solutions.
• Identify and automate manual processes to improve efficiency.
