Scopely is seeking a Senior Technical Director for Release Management & Automation (AI) to shape Central Studio Operations. Hybrid work in Barcelona with leaders who partner with top live products and cross-platform titles.

You will guide managers and senior ICs, define standards, and deliver measurable improvements in release quality, velocity, and resilience at scale. The role emphasizes strategic impact across a distributed organization and ambitious automation initiatives.

Formación

• Experience in game development, ideally with Unity.
• Leadership experience managing managers or multi-team orgs.
• Ability to align Production, Engineering, QA, LiveOps, Security and Data to shared outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical leadership.
• Experience owning, driving, and operating a product strategy and roadmap.
• Experience applying AI/ML approaches in engineering workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute a roadmap for CSO RM capabilities to reduce time-to-submission for cross-platform offers.
• Define and execute a roadmap for CSO Automation capabilities to enable team success.
• Set and lead CSO-wide standards for release readiness, risk management, and go/no-go criteria.
• Build governance that improves predictability without slowing teams.
• Develop central software solutions addressing CSO needs.
• Lead cross-functional partners to create a leading RM roadmap with scalable solutions.
• Own RM and Automation rituals: backlog, roadmap, specs, communications, feedback.
