Centric Software is seeking an IT Innovation and Transformation Specialist to drive modern workplace initiatives across Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android, with hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, and security technologies.

You will lead identity management, endpoint security, automation, AI adoption, and cross‑platform management, partnering with Cybersecurity to align IT with policy and risk requirements.

Qualifications

• Extensive enterprise IT experience with hands-on engineering.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, and Intune.
• Strong knowledge of identity security and Zero Trust.
• Experience with PowerShell, Graph API, REST APIs, scripting and automation.
• Experience managing Windows, macOS; some Linux and mobile knowledge.
• Knowledge of Defender, Purview, SaaS governance and cloud ops.
• Ability to design, implement, troubleshoot and optimize enterprise solutions.
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration and documentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Identify and implement technologies that improve productivity and user experience.
• Evaluate and adopt AI solutions and emerging technologies.
• Develop proofs of concept and automate manual processes.
• Translate business needs into secure, scalable technology solutions.
• Design, administer and optimize Microsoft 365 and Azure services.
• Manage Entra ID/Okta and access governance.
• Integrate SaaS apps with identity platforms.
• Optimize licensing and cloud configurations.
• Design and maintain endpoint management for Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS/iPadOS, and Android using Intune.
• Automate device provisioning, deployment, and security baselines.
• Embed security by design across platforms.
• Collaborate on security assessments and governance improvements.
• Develop automation using PowerShell and Graph API.
• Integrate enterprise platforms via APIs and modern auth.
• Reduce manual IT operations with automation.
• Share knowledge and promote standardization.
• Contribute to IT strategy and roadmaps.
