TD SYNNEX is seeking an Automation & Solutions Engineer to build, package, and automate IT solutions and cloud-centric environments. You will work with a global team to gather requirements from leaders, partners, and customers and focus on AI-related workloads from Microsoft and other vendors.

You will design technical solutions, develop deployment guides, and collaborate with Solutions Management, Product Management and IT Development to shape current and future offerings.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a computer science field and relevant certifications.
• Hands-on experience with automation, IaC, and cloud solutions.
• Ability to develop architectural designs and licensing considerations.

Responsabilidades

• Health check and backlog improvement from user and team feedback.
• Automation and packaging: IaC, run books, and scripting.
• Design architectural solutions based on business outcomes and licensing needs.
• Coordinate with team to track progress and deliverables.
• Troubleshooting and issue resolution across environments.
• Create deployment and configuration documentation.
• Collaborate with Solutions Management, Product Management and IT Development for design inputs.
