Yazio is hiring a Senior Internal Tooling Engineer to turn repetitive work into intelligent systems. You will design and ship internal tools and automation across the business, owning end-to-end delivery from idea to production.

Formación

• 5+ years building modern web applications end to end.
• Hands-on AI knowledge: LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering and AI features in production.
• Transformative mindset toward AI-based workflows with agentic coding.
• Strong track record of end-to-end ownership from scoping to launch.
• Pragmatic, writing clean, testable code and shipping fast without sacrificing quality.

Responsabilidades

• Design and ship internal tools, automations, and platforms across Yazio.
• Partner with stakeholders to uncover bottlenecks and deliver tailored solutions.
• Build and scale AI-driven systems, including translation and automation features.
• Apply AI to workflows while maintaining high standards for quality and safety.
• Own the delivery lifecycle from scoping to measurement and iteration.
