YAZIO is seeking a Senior Internal Tooling Engineer to turn repetitive work into intelligent systems across the business. You will own end-to-end delivery from idea to production, building internal tools and AI-powered features that boost productivity and reduce manual work.

This 100% remote role welcomes candidates from Germany, Spain, Portugal or the U.K., and offers a generous learning budget, vacation days, and a remote-first culture that values impact and collaboration.

Formación

• 5+ years building modern web applications end to end.
• Experience with Go, HTMX, Python; distributed systems.
• Hands-on AI knowledge: LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, model routing, LangChain.
• Agentic coding and AI-assisted development.
• End-to-end ownership from scoping to launch.
• Strong product mindset focused on user impact and collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Design and ship internal tools and automations across Yazio.
• Drive discovery with stakeholders to remove bottlenecks and ship tailored solutions.
• Build and scale AI-driven systems like Creative Automation and Content Generation.
• Apply AI tools and agents to ship fast with quality and safety.
• Make key technical decisions and design robust, distributed architectures.
• Own work end to end from scoping to delivery, measurement and iteration.
• Mentor others and shape AI adoption at Yazio.
