Totalum is seeking a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager, AI & Automation to own and scale our customer acquisition engine in a fast-moving startup environment. You will lead paid campaigns, outbound prospecting, and social distribution while supervising AI agents and automation to improve performance.

Formación

• 3+ years of Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, Demand Generation, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads and experience with Meta Ads and/or LinkedIn Ads.
• Proven experience with B2B cold outreach, lead generation, and email sequencing.
• Experience creating and managing social media content, especially for LinkedIn and X.
• Strong copywriting skills across ads, landing pages, cold emails, and social content.
• Comfortable working with analytics, attribution, conversion tracking, CRM data, and marketing dashboards.

Responsabilidades

• Own Paid Acquisition plan across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other channels.
• Build and manage scalable outbound campaigns with cold email and LinkedIn.
• Lead social media content distribution and maintain a regular content calendar.
• Supervise AI-powered marketing workflows and improve prompts, instructions and guardrails.
• Improve campaign ROI and build scalable marketing systems using AI agents.
