Job summary

SkyCell AG is seeking a Supplier & Procurement Manager to lead global freight procurement, negotiation, and pricing data management. You will drive cost savings, support supplier relationships, and enable data-driven improvements with dashboards and AI-enabled tools.

Location flexibility spans Spain, Portugal and Poland with remote options within these countries; collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to process optimization across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in procurement, logistics, freight forwarding or a related field.
• Strong understanding of RFQ processes, supplier coordination and transportation rate management.
• Excellent Excel and data-analysis skills with large datasets and pricing structures.
• Experience using procurement tools and an interest in applying AI/technology to improve data quality, reporting and dashboards.
• Fluent English; strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to collaborate with global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities, maintain accurate pricing data and the RFQ tool; identify special-handling requirements and support process improvements.
• Request, analyse and negotiate freight rates across transport modes; support global RFQ processes; maintain rate cards and identify cost-optimisation opportunities.
• Support supplier relationships, maintain documentation and contribute to supplier meetings and QBRs.
• Collaborate with Freight Bill & Audit, Pooling and Pricing teams to resolve billing queries and anticipate volume changes.
• Support dashboards and reporting; analyse trends and volumes to improve procurement processes and supplier performance.
