Job summary

At dormakaba, we are seeking a highly organized Digital Experience Technology Specialist to own the technical delivery of marketing campaigns, build digital experiences, and manage marketing automation. The role blends project coordination, marketing tech, website management and AI-powered productivity to drive measurable business impact.

You will work with AI-powered workflows and collaborate with stakeholders to accelerate delivery and improve performance across campaigns in Madrid, Spain.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in digital marketing, marketing technology or campaign operations.
• Experience delivering campaigns with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Hands-on use of marketing automation platforms, especially HubSpot Marketing Hub and Salesforce Account Engagement.
• Experience building and maintaining websites, landing pages and assets in Webflow.
• Experience as a webmaster or managing digital properties.
• Experience using Figma to work from design files and templates.

Responsibilities

• Manage digital marketing campaigns from planning through launch and reporting.
• Build and maintain landing pages, microsites and web experiences in Webflow.
• Create and deploy responsive HTML email campaigns.
• Configure and optimise marketing automation programmes within HubSpot Marketing Hub and Salesforce Account Engagement.
• Coordinate stakeholders, assets, approvals and campaign timelines using Jira or Notion.
• Act as webmaster for campaign websites, ensuring quality, compliance and performance.
• Use AI tools and AI agents to accelerate campaign delivery, reporting, quality checking and workflow automation.
• Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve results.
