Fever is seeking a Business Solutions Program Manager to drive strategic initiatives across the org and lead data-driven improvements in operations. You will shape AI strategy, oversee internal tools development, and ensure alignment of business needs with technology across 50+ countries.

The role requires a STEM master's degree and 5+ years in strategy/operations or transformation, with strong analytical skills and English proficiency. Hybrid work is available with a Madrid office.

Formación

• Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Analytics
• 5+ years of experience in Strategy/Operations Consulting, Start-up/Scale-up Strategy, or Corporate Transformation
• Comfortable using AI coding tools to build internal tools quickly
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with data-based decision making
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-functional collaboration
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus

Responsabilidades

• Drive strategic initiatives across teams ensuring peak performance
• Lead AI strategy definition, implementation, and success tracking
• Oversee development lifecycle of in-house tools, systems, and processes
• Conduct audits to streamline requirements and improve efficiency
• Align business needs with technological solutions and manage key tools
• Engage with department managers across 50+ countries from day one
