Fever in Madrid is seeking an AI & Operations Process Manager to design, implement, and improve processes that drive efficiency and scale across the organization. You will lead workflows, automate manual tasks with AI tools, and partner with Marketing, Product, Data, and Local teams to ensure operational feasibility.

You will standardize ways of working across regions, define KPIs, and use data to guide decision-making while staying hands-on to move from strategy to execution quickly.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Analytics is required.
• 5+ years in strategy/operations consulting or production management in digital-first orgs.
• Strong process design, optimization, and workflow automation experience.
• Proficient in English, with data-driven mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and improve operational workflows across SMN.
• Identify bottlenecks and translate into scalable processes.
• Standardize ways of working across regions: North America, Europe, APAC, Latam.
• Identify automation opportunities using AI tools and internal systems.
• Collaborate with Tech/Data teams to implement scalable solutions.
• Leverage AI to boost productivity and speed.
• Partner with stakeholders to drive adoption of new processes.
• Document and maintain operational playbooks.
• Work with Marketing, Product, Data, and Local teams to align ops with business needs.
• Define and track KPIs for efficiency; use data to drive decisions.
