Haddock, the AI-powered back-office for restaurants, is hiring for an AI/Automation Engineer to design and ship internal agents that reduce repetitive work across CX, Sales, Marketing, Partners, Finance and People in Barcelona.

You will own the end-to-end automation stack, combine TypeScript or Python with internal tools, and work closely with Héctor and the AI Lead to scale the platform across the company.

Formación

• 1+ years of hands-on experience building AI systems or automations that real people use.
• Fluent in Spanish and comfortable in English.
• Proficient with TypeScript or Python and APIs, webhooks, queues, and databases.
• System-minded thinker who identifies real processes to automate.
• Able to communicate with CX and sales to understand workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Hunt for leverage across CX, Sales, Marketing, Partners, Finance and People.
• Build agents and own the software they live in.
• Own AI observability and metrics for deployed solutions.
• Maintain and improve our internal AI frameworks and tooling.
• Prove impact with numbers and measurable savings.
• Do your own project management and roll out solutions across teams.
