Pearson is seeking a forward‑thinking Senior Product Manager with strong AI experience to lead a new assessment product. This role centers on real‑time, interactive spoken communication and spans from concept to commercial launch.

You will collaborate with engineering, research, psychometrics, design, and GTM teams to deliver an enterprise‑grade product for the market, with a hybrid setup based in Spain or Poland, and Madrid meetings weekly.

Formación

• Experience in product management, with AI-powered or innovative digital products.
• Experience collaborating with AI/ML, engineering or research teams.
• Comfortable shaping early-stage products, experimenting, and navigating ambiguity.
• Strong user-centered design instincts and ability to simplify complexity.
• Experience in B2B or B2B2C environments.
• Excellent communication, storytelling and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Familiarity with learning, assessment, or talent development.

Responsabilidades

• Define the product vision and roadmap for a new AI-enabled assessment experience.
• Use AI capabilities to shape a secure, scalable enterprise‑grade product.
• Engage with enterprise customers and internal partners to validate opportunities.
• Collaborate with psychometrics, research, engineering, design, and UX to ensure quality.
• Lead a cross-functional squad to deliver the roadmap and iterate from data-driven insights.
• Support customer acquisition, market expansion and commercial strategy with GTM teams.
• Tell a clear, compelling product story that aligns teams and drives value.
