Jobtailor in Madrid seeks a technologist to design, build, and deploy AI-enabled digital solutions for Medical Affairs. You will translate business needs into scalable technical designs, deliver APIs and integrations, and collaborate with Architecture, Engineering, Data Science, Security, and Compliance teams.

You will work with Generative AI and agentic workflows, establish evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop processes to ensure compliant, reliable platforms while

Formación

• 4–6 years delivering enterprise digital products or AI-enabled solutions.
• Fluent English verbal and written communication.
• Experience with APIs, cloud platforms, and integrations.
• Hands-on Generative AI and AI-enabled automation experience.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and deploy AI-enabled solutions and workflows.
• Develop integrations, APIs, and data flows across platforms.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and user stories.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Engineering, Data Science, Security and Compliance.
• Contribute to LLM integrations, prompt strategies, and human-in-the-loop review.
• Design evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and troubleshooting approaches.
• Support deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
