HARTING Technology Group in Spain seeks an experienced AI Content Production Lead to drive the adoption of AI-driven tools across editorial outputs, ensuring brand consistency and channel optimization.

You will govern the AI content pipeline, establish quality gates, coach the team, and collaborate with Editorial, Marketing, Data & AI, and IT to deliver compliant, high-impact content.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or comparable specialised training.
• 5–7 years of experience in content production, digital communications or a related field, with proven hands-on experience in AI and Generative AI tools.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; German is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Selects, implements and governs AI tooling and GenAI workflows for communications and marketing content production.
• Collaborates with Data & AI and IT to shape and maintain the technical tool stack.
• Evaluates emerging AI solutions and identifies opportunities to expand or optimise production capabilities.
• Drives the setup and ongoing development of HARTING's AI-powered News Desk.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Selects, implements and governs AI tooling and GenAI workflows for communications and marketing content production
• Collaborates with Data & AI and IT to shape and maintain the technical tool stack
• Evaluates emerging AI solutions and identifies opportunities to expand or optimise production capabilities
• Drives the setup and ongoing development of HARTING's AI-powered News Desk

Content Production & Editorial Oversight

• Leads content production across text, image and video using AI-driven tools and workflows
• Maintains editorial standards and brand consistency across all AI-generated output
• Ensures content aligns with HARTING's communications strategy, messaging frameworks and tone of voice
• Works with channel experts to ensure content is optimised per channel and fit for purpose

Quality Assurance & Governance

• Defines and implements quality gates across the AI content production pipeline
• Establishes governance and compliance frameworks for the responsible use of AI in content creation
• Monitors output quality on an ongoing basis and drives continuous improvement

Team Enablement & Leadership

• Builds AI content creation skills and confidence across the team through hands‑on coaching and guidance
• Acts as the internal go‑to expert for AI content production within CCB
• Fosters a culture of responsible experimentation and continuous learning

Stakeholder Management

• Acts as primary liaison between Editorial, Marketing, Data & AI and IT on all AI content production topics
• Maintains strong working relationships with regional communications leads and BU communicators across the group
• Communicates progress, risks and recommendations clearly to both operational and senior audiences

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or comparable specialised training
• 5–7 years of experience in content production, digital communications or a related field, with proven hands‑on experience in AI and Generative AI tools
• Fluent in written and spoken English; German is an advantage
