Flyboard is seeking a Customer Deployment Lead to own end-to-end AI agent deployments for enterprise clients from project inception to production. You will understand client workflows, build prototypes, shape solutions, and drive deployments with Engineering, while maintaining performance and opportunities to expand.

You will serve as the bridge between customers and the founders, applying business judgment and practical execution to deliver measurable value in a fast-paced early-stage

• Lead Customer Discovery: take over qualified opportunities, define use case, scope and success criteria.
• Build and Demonstrate: create initial agent prototypes, configure prompts, run demos.
• Drive Deployment: translate needs into requirements, coordinate with Engineering, lead tests and launches.
• Own the Customer Relationship: align stakeholders, manage expectations, resolve blockers.
• Improve Live Performance: analyze conversations, identify failure patterns, drive improvements.
• Grow Customer Value: identify expansion opportunities and advocate adoption.
• Shape the Platform: turn deployment feedback into product and engineering improvements.
