Wonderful is seeking a Deployment Strategist to ensure AI deployments land in production. You will embed with enterprise customers, map realities to actionable plans, and align product, engineering, and customer stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will spend time onsite with customers, navigate ambiguity, define scope and success metrics, and translate needs into clear deployment plans. This hands-on role requires strong communication, ownership, and a passion for building

Formación

• Experience in deployment-focused, technical, or execution-oriented roles.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems into concrete plans.
• Comfort with APIs, data flows, and system integrations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High ownership mindset and bias toward action.
• Interest in building AI-powered systems in real environments.

Responsabilidades

• Embed with customers to identify critical problems and drive value.
• Lead discovery with enterprise customers to understand workflows and success criteria.
• Define scope, success metrics, and integration plans for pilots and rollouts.
• Translate customer needs into deployment plans for engineering teams.
• Coordinate deployments across Product, Engineering, and customer stakeholders.
• Track progress, manage risks, and remove blockers during deployment.
• Support production launches and ensure adoption and value realization.
• Monitor deployed agents and drive-up improvements based on usage.
