Job summary

Sherpa.ai in Madrid is seeking a Technical Project & Delivery Manager to lead the successful implementation of AI solutions. This hands-on role blends technical presales, engineering coordination, and end-to-end delivery ownership across projects.

You will translate complex requirements into executable plans, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of experience in technical project management or technology delivery
• Proven track record delivering complex enterprise software projects
• Strong experience managing engineering teams, resources, timelines and budgets
• Experience in technical presales, requirements gathering, and solution definition
• Knowledge of software development lifecycles, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise integrations
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and traditional PM approaches
• Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, GitHub or similar tools
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of technical projects from planning through delivery
• Define project scope, milestones, timelines, budgets, and success criteria
• Coordinate engineering resources across multiple projects and resolve bottlenecks
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed technical/quality standards
• Establish accountability, reporting, and execution processes, and drive continuous improvement
