Making Science, a global AI-powered digital acceleration company, seeks a Junior AI Project Manager for its AWAKE Venture Studio in Madrid. You will coordinate software delivery, run Agile workflows, and drive AI solutions to market in collaboration with the Lead PM and development teams.

You will support planning, estimations, Jira task reviews, and ensure accurate tracking. A strong interest in AI and continuous improvement is essential for success in this role.

Formación

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in project coordination or project management support roles.
• Solid practical knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Jira fluency.
• Confident and autonomous to engage with senior developers and drive task status updates.
• Keen interest in AI with a track record of using AI tools to boost daily workflow.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily Agile flow and Jira board hygiene.
• Assist Lead PM with project status reviews and flag blockers early.
• Support Agile ceremonies: stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives.
• Experiment with AI tools to speed up meeting notes, task generation, and status reports.
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation and weekly status updates for stakeholders.
