Job summary

RED Global is seeking a Data Lead - AI to design and deploy AI and data solutions that power core business and operations. You will bridge modern data architecture with autonomous AI technologies to automate workflows and enable data-driven decision making.

The role is a 6-month contract in Barcelona with an on-site presence of 2–3 days per week, starting October or November. You will provide technical leadership across data engineering, AI/ML, and system integration to deliver scalable AI

Qualifications

• Experience leading data architecture and AI/ML initiatives.
• Hands-on with cloud data platforms (Snowflake).
• Knowledge of agentic AI frameworks and LLM orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Design and build autonomous AI agent workflows and multi-agent systems.
• Oversee data pipelines, cloud platforms, and RAG to power AI applications.
• Connect AI components with enterprise software platforms and APIs.
• Define engineering standards, evaluate model performance, and lead scalable system design.
