• Experience migrating legacy estates to cloud and decommissioning legacy tech.
• Fluent English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical engagement lifecycle: current-state assessment and target design.
• Define migration roadmaps, sequencing, and cutover plans.
• Lead alignment with engineering, architecture, and executives.
• Translate business needs into technical delivery plans.
• Govern delivery cadence, track risks, and ensure quality.
• Identify opportunities for continuous modernization.
