Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner, seeks a Lead AI Systems Architect in Spain to design scalable multimodal AI data pipelines. You will oversee ingestion, extraction, and model orchestration, focusing on reliable JSON outputs and cost-aware deployment of open-source models.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in applied AI, strong Python and DL skills, and experience with vector databases and RAG at scale. Remote work is offered along with opportunities to mentor juniors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in applied AI, NLP, or computer vision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of AI-powered data processing systems across multimodal workflows.
• Design and build automated ingestion pipelines combining vision, speech, and text models.
• Develop programmatic extraction frameworks to output validated JSON.
