Jobgether SRL is seeking a Project Development Manager – Data Centers based in Spain. You will lead AI infrastructure projects from agreement to construction readiness, coordinating across permitting, utilities, engineering, and finance teams to ensure executable development plans.

You will drive development roadmaps, manage budgets and schedules, oversee risk, and work with partners to resolve constraints, shaping governance and readiness frameworks for a growing infrastructure portfolio.

Formación

• 8+ years in data center or infrastructure development.
• Experience coordinating permitting, entitlement & utilities.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, risk management and pre-construction planning.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and maintain stakeholder alignment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead AI infrastructure and data center projects from agreement to construction readiness.
• Develop integrated roadmaps, budgets, schedules, milestones, and risk registers.
• Coordinate permitting, utilities, and infrastructure planning throughout pre-construction.
• Manage site requirements including electrical, fiber, water, and transportation.
• Partner with utilities, municipalities, consultants, and developers to validate plans.
