Cap Ingelec is seeking a Project Director to join our team in Spain, primarily on-site to lead design & build datacenter projects with full accountability for technical, financial, and contractual performance.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will manage cross-functional teams, travel across Spain, and ensure delivery within scope, time and budget while maintaining client relationships and regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Must have experience leading complex design & build datacenter projects.
• Solid ability to define quality plans, organize contracts and governance.
• Strong track record in managing schedule, budget, risks across international projects.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic project management: define objectives (quality, cost, timeline, safety) and implement management frameworks.
• Team coordination and leadership: structure project team, define roles, foster collaboration.
• Operational monitoring and reporting: oversee progress, budget and risks; report to PMO and steering committees.
• Ensure compliance with contractual commitments and regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain client relationships and represent the company to external partners.
• Contribute to evolving project management practices and internal transformations.
