Ebury Madrid is seeking a Senior Internal Audit Manager to lead the Big Data and AI strategy for Internal Audit. The role embeds analytics, governance, and automated monitoring across enterprise platforms, reporting to the Group Head of Internal Audit.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in data analytics or AI governance, with CISA/CCAK or CIA preferred, and strong Python/SQL and Snowflake/Spark skills in a cloud-native setting.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, AI governance, model risk auditing, or data platform auditing within a cloud-native tech or financial services platform.
• Hands-on proficiency with scripting languages (Python, SQL), Big Data technologies (Snowflake, Spark, AWS S3/Redshift) and AI agents (Claude).

Responsabilidades

• Lead AI governance and algorithmic assurance across the Internal Audit lifecycle.
• Develop and implement the Big Data & AI roadmap for continuous auditing and analytics.
• Partner with CDOs/CAOs and Data leads to guide risk and ensure governance.
• Evaluate data pipelines, bias, explainability, and compliance with GDPR/CCPA.
