EY GDS Spain seeks an AI Audit Staff member within Technology Risk to participate in audits of AI governance, controls and regulatory compliance. You will work on AI model reviews, governance, and the deployment of responsible AI in collaboration with senior leaders in a hybrid Malaga office.

The role requires 1–3 years in AI risk or model auditing, strong communication, and the ability to manage complex projects in a global team. EY GDS Spain offers career development and global exposure.

Formación

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or related disciplines.
• 1–3 years of experience in artificial intelligence, AI risk management, or AI model auditing.
• Competency profile: team work, communication, analytical and organizational skills; initiative, critical thinking, customer orientation and ability to manage complex projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the definition, establishment and review of AI governance models.
• Develop and oversee organizational and operational models for the AI function.
• Validate existing AI-related controls and assess design, implementation and effectiveness.
• Perform algorithm audits evaluating robustness, security, bias, interpretability.
• Execute CAAT tests using tools like ACL, IDEA, Alteryx to verify AI-related processes.
• Provide improvement recommendations to address weaknesses in controls.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with European AI Act and other relevant regulations.
• Review AI analytical models using traditional and generative techniques.
• Advise on ISO 42001, NIST RMF and other international standards.
