Ebury Madrid Office is hiring a Senior Internal Audit Manager to lead Big Data and AI strategy for Internal Audit. The role embeds AI, analytics, and Big Data into audit lifecycle, reporting to the Group Head of Internal Audit and ensuring governance across enterprise platforms.

You will drive continuous auditing, develop AI-driven monitoring, and build KRIs while ensuring GDPR/CCPA compliance and ethical AI practices within the internal control framework.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, AI governance, model risk auditing, or data platform auditing.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; strong knowledge of Snowflake, Spark, and AWS data services.
• Experience designing automated audit analytics and embedding AI tools into audit methods.

Responsabilidades

• AI Governance & Algorithmic Assurance: lead audits of ML/AI deployments for bias and governance compliance.
• Regulatory alignment: assess conformity with EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF and model risk frameworks.
• Data architecture & pipeline auditing: review Snowflake, Databricks, and data lake controls and data quality.
• Continuous audit & analytics strategy: develop AI-driven, continuous monitoring, and automated audits.
• Stakeholder & team enablement: partner with data leadership and upskill the audit team.
