Teleperformance Spain in Barcelona is seeking a driven Sales Executive to drive inbound and outbound new business in the AI advertising space, identifying, engaging and closing new clients with a consultative, hunter mindset and strong digital marketing knowledge. You will own the full sales cycle, maintain a robust CRM pipeline (Salesforce), and collaborate with onboarding and customer success teams.

Fluency in German (C1) and English (B2) is required, with 2–3 years of B2B sales experience.

• 2–3 years of relevant B2B sales experience.
• German C1 and English B2 proficiency required.
• Strong digital marketing knowledge and CRM use.
