Teleperformance SE in Barcelona is seeking a high-energy Sales Executive to drive inbound and outbound new business for a leading AI advertising company. You will identify, engage and close new clients, build a strong pipeline, and collaborate with onboarding and customer success teams.

The role requires German C1 and English B2, plus strong digital marketing knowledge, B2B sales experience, Salesforce proficiency, and a hunter mindset.

Formación

• German C1 and English B2 required.
• Minimum 2–3 years in B2B sales or business development.
• Strong digital marketing knowledge and CRM proficiency.
• Experience with outbound prospecting and cold calls.
• Proven track record in revenue attainment and client engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and engage potential clients through inbound and outbound prospecting.
• Generate new business opportunities and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Lead needs analysis and present AI advertising solutions aligned to client goals.
• Drive full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity and collaborate with onboarding and success teams.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional solutions when applicable.
