Databricks' Sales Operations team is transforming how operational work gets done, moving to an AI-first operating model where AI agents handle repeatable work autonomously and the team focuses on governance and improvement.

You will own a portfolio of AI agent workflows that automate business-critical Sales Operations processes, translate requirements into agent designs, deploy them into production, monitor performance, and continuously improve them.

Formación

• 5–8 years in operations, systems administration, or business process automation.
• Systems fluency with APIs, data schemas, and integration patterns.
• AI-native thinking using LLMs, agent platforms and automation tools.
• AI agent deployment experience building AI agents or automation workflows.
• Process design with a focus on scalable operational workflows.
• Cross-functional influence across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Bias for action and ability to drive progress with AI tools.

Responsabilidades

• Own a portfolio of AI agent workflows that automate critical Sales Operations processes.
• Translate business requirements into agent designs, deploy and monitor production agents.
• Lead systems improvement projects, diagnose data quality issues, and coordinate solutions.
• Partner cross-functionally with Strategy, Planning, Finance, IT and Data Engineering.
• Build and operate AI agents, including agent-to-human escalation paths and performance optimization.
