haddock, the AI-powered back-office for restaurants, is hiring to build and scale internal AI agents and the harness they run. You’ll hunt for leverage across CX, Sales, Marketing, Partners, Finance and People, owning end-to-end delivery from problem to production.

You’ll work in a hybrid setup in Barcelona, collaborating with a small, fast-moving team focused on hyperscaling operations with agents and internal tools.

Formación

• 1+ years of hands-on experience building AI systems or automations used by people.
• You are AI-native, continuously adopting new models and frameworks.
• You use modern AI tooling to compose agents and workflows.
• You think in systems, not tasks.
• You are comfortable with product engineering (TypeScript or Python) and APIs, webhooks, queues, databases.
• You have business empathy and can work with non-technical stakeholders.
• You are analytical and measure impact before optimizing.
• Fluent in Spanish and comfortable in English.

Responsabilidades

• Hunt for leverage with cross-functional teams to identify high-impact automations.
• Build agents and the harness they run in, owning end-to-end delivery.
• Own integrations and internal tools, migrating or building when needed.
• Maintain AI observability, traces, metrics, evals.
• Develop and improve internal AI frameworks and tooling.
• Demonstrate impact with a measurable ledger of automated workflows.
• Lead projects from problem to rollout and training.
• Build the internal platform to empower others to create automations.
