Orbio is seeking an AI Agent Engineer to build, operate, and improve the reliability of agentic AI systems in production. You will focus on how agents behave, decide, fail, recover, and scale in real enterprise environments, ensuring observability, testing, cost-efficiency, and trust in LLM-powered workflows.

You will help build a production-grade B2B platform with a strong focus on LLMs, autonomous agents, and conversational AI, contributing to scalable foundations for diverse customers and use

Formación

• Experience building reliable AI agent systems in production environments.
• Strong background in LLMs, prompt strategies, and evaluation metrics.
• Proficient in Python, asynchronous programming, and backend services.

Responsabilidades

• Design and maintain agent evaluation pipelines for reliability.
• Monitor observability, costs, and performance of AI agents at scale.
• Develop and optimize LLM-powered workflows and integrations.
• Collaborate on frontend and backend to deploy production-grade systems.
• Implement guardrails and safe-degradation strategies for autonomy.
