You will collaborate with AI specialists in the Customer Support organization, gain mentorship, and work in an agile enterprise setting focused on measurable business impact.

Formación

• Student internship; university enrollment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Build automated workflows using n8n to streamline reporting, ticket handling, and communications.
• Develop and optimize prompts for AI tools to automate meeting summaries, backlog refinement suggestions, and status reporting.
• Create Python-based scripts to integrate systems, process data, and support automation pipelines.
• Connect enterprise tools through APIs into intelligent workflows.
• Deliver reusable automation assets (prompt libraries, workflows, scripts) across teams.
