SAP in Barcelona is offering a six-month iXp internship in the Customer Success Management (Digital) team. You will support the CSM Leadership Team with adoption initiatives and data-driven activities to help customers succeed.

You'll gain hands-on experience in AI-enabled processes, schedule and facilitate team activities, and contribute to value-driven campaigns while developing professional skills in a fast-paced, international environment.

Formación

• Active student in Business Administration, Business Informatics, International Management or Marketing.
• Professional experience in organizations is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with AI-powered productivity tools and an AI-curious mindset.
• Natural drive to lead strategic projects and work in cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to CSM value-driven adoption and consumption initiatives.
• Support Managers, Solution Area Leads, Operations Lead and CSMs in daily/monthly activities.
• Data entry and management; assist in customer database maintenance and data cleanup.
• Identify trends and insights from data sets to inform adoption strategies.
• Assist with AI adoption initiatives and value-driven campaigns.
