Job summary

Capgemini Invent in Madrid is expanding its Data & AI team, seeking someone with AI architecture and delivery experience who can understand business problems, propose solutions, and drive execution with tangible outcomes.

The role emphasizes autonomy, change leadership, and building a large-scale business from a solid foundation, with a strong focus on practical outcomes and client impact.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable architectures for AI systems and autonomous agents.
• Define standards and best practices for AI solution development.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate AI into business processes.
• Evaluate new technologies and frameworks related to Agentic AI.
• Ensure security, ethics, and regulatory compliance in AI solutions.
• Lead, mentor and grow consultants and actively participate in performance management.
• Encourage and facilitate continuous learning within the team.
• Participate in recruiting for practice managers and consultants.
• Hire and grow the team before the end of year one.
• Lead engagements by reporting project status to C-level and IT management, including budget and risks.
• Deliver results meeting quality objectives and client value.
• Report project budgets and finances internally and for clients.
• Inspire and energize project teams and mentor younger consultants.
• Drive projects to completion and ensure strong client service commitment.
• Analyze client requests to determine underlying problems and propose proper solutions.
