Orbio is seeking a backend-focused Python engineer to take on a Tech Lead role and help build our conversational, agentic AI platform. As a senior/founding-level engineer, you will architect and scale intelligent workflow systems for hiring, onboarding, and employee experiences in enterprise settings.

You will help build an end-to-end, production-grade B2B platform with a focus on LLMs, autonomous agents, and conversational AI, defining core foundations that scale across customers and markets.

Formación

• Proven backend experience with production-grade Python applications.
• Strong track record in designing scalable AI-driven systems.
• Experience delivering LLM-powered workflows in enterprise.
• Leadership experience in fast-growing tech teams.
