Responsibilities include translating AI initiatives, supporting testing and training, tracking metrics, and preparing reports. Formación

• 3+ years of experience in internal communications, project coordination, or programme support.
• Experience in consulting or fast-paced multi-cultural business environments.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are advantageous.
• Strong numeric thinking and confidence using adoption data and metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Translate AI initiatives into practical communications for internal adoption campaigns.
• Support testing and pilot coordination of new AI tools.
• Maintain and develop training materials for AI tools.
• Track and analyze adoption and engagement metrics.
• Prepare structured reports and materials for stakeholders.
• Support coordination within the AI champions network.
