GMV is seeking an Agile Space Project Manager to lead ground-segment initiatives in a multinational context. You will balance traditional space milestones with agile delivery, guiding complex, multidisciplinary teams to align roadmaps with customer priorities and steer scope, schedule and budget.

The role offers international mobility and relocation support. You will drive end-to-end delivery, manage risks, negotiate with major primes, and focus on execution and results.

Formación

• Experience in Project Management and Systems Engineering within the space sector.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and ECSS standards.
• Experience coordinating and negotiating with stakeholders and major industry primes.
• PMP certification, space operations and launcher experience are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Define mission objectives and success criteria.
• Align technical roadmaps with customer priorities.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget and contractual baselines.
• Lead trade-offs between performance, cost, risk and schedule.
